All delivery times are from the date of dispatch. These times are estimates only and are provided to us by our shipping partners. 

All domestic orders will be shipped via Swiss Post. All international orders will be shipped via our chosen courier. Shipping times vary with each shipping location.

We do not process online orders on weekends or Swiss public holidays.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

 

Taxes + Duties

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
