14-Day Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Amaya Label. We deliver high-quality pieces and exceptional service. Should you be unsatisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return policy guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be :

  • In its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Free of makeup, residue, washing fabric scents, perfumes etc
  • Without damages including damaged caused when trying on + alterations

Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard only.

2. Initiation of the Return

Just send us over an email at info@amayalabel.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

In your email please specify:

  • Name 
  • Order Number
  • Reason for exchange 

We do not offer pre-paid returns and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please include your original delivery note in the returns package. 

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

In the case where it is evident the returned item does not meet the above, Amaya Label reserves the right to refuse or deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair and restock from your refund or store credit.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently offered. If you would like a new size in an item already purchased, we would advise to submit a return request and repurchase the size you need.

Amaya Label reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
